Annual Assessment

The current property assessment is $50.00/year. The dues are assessed based on ownership January 1 and are not prorated.  Dues are invoiced in the spring and due 30 days after receipt.

As volunteers ourselves, the Board members would appreciate your cooperation in providing this payment in a timely manner. Payments can be mailed to:

Annual Meeting

An annual meeting will be held to discuss common ground maintenance, budget review and election of officers.  The time and location for the meeting will be advertised in the neighborhood.
